justin's endoresement: maybe its maybelline

my last post inspired me to write this one real quick.
i've always wondered if rappers get paid for product placement in their songs. we all know their favorite brands: cadillac, cristal, gucci, versaci, courvoisier, etc. mostly my inituition tells me they mention these brands as status symbols, but on justin timberlake's new album there are two songs that he talks about maybelline. i'm sure if i tried i could think of a lot more songs with potential product placement, but i have more important things to do.
