ok here are my thoughts on the geico caveman series. in the beginning, it was funny. the first commercial with the soundman and then the one with the geico announcer apologizing.
however, the caveman image completely changed, coming from a shirtless soundguy to a guy in a collared shirt ordering roast duck with the mango salsa. i think after that they had a semi-cool website you could go to and check out the cavemens' chic apartment. they peaked when they showed the one in the airport with the song from royskopp (yes i researched and downloaded it).
now it's seriously time to move on. what is the concept for this? i think cavemen should become extinct again.
the martin agency needs to regroup. perhaps its time to move on to dinosaurs. dinosaurs are always cool and it seems like the [chrono]logical next step. haha.
